Use of Information
We use your information to provide and personalize our educational services, track learning progress, deliver adaptive content based on your learning pace, assist teachers and schools in creating lesson plans and assessments, communicate important updates and progress reports, ensure platform security, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services through research and analysis.
Children's Privacy
SINGULARITY is designed for K-12 students, including children under 18 years of age. In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we obtain verifiable consent from parents or lawful guardians before processing any child's personal data. We do not engage in tracking, behavioral monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children. We do not process personal data in any manner that could cause harm to the well-being of a child. Parents and guardians have the right to review, correct, or delete their child's personal data at any time by contacting us.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with educational institutions if you are using SINGULARITY through a school, with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform such as cloud hosting and analytics providers, when required by law or legal process, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication mechanisms, regular security assessments, and access controls.
